I think that the higher goal is to create additional opportunities for our LVTs. Currently we have a difficult time keeping them in clinical medicine over 5-8 years. If we were to work together to create a higher tier within their profession, thier skills would continue to be evolved creating an opportunity for greater responsibility and higher pay.
