Are You Kidding Me???? NO WAY

I can't believe anyone would come up with this idea.  We license anyone that we trust in many career paths because we want to TRUST them and know they have been trained to know what they are doing.  If you were in the hospital, would you want the person that delivers your meals to walk in and say "While I'm here let me stick this needle/catheter in your jugular vein.  I've almost figured out how to do it successfully!" ???.  How about if you were in the children's ward with your precious daughter and the lunch person walked in said that to you?  We care about our pets like we do our children.  They are NOT a commodity and we will NEVER want anyone but a professional (i.e. LICENSED) doing critical work to our animal friends.  If this passes thru then I hope that all who made it happen get to visit the meal delivery person in the hospital soon for their critical work!!!!
