Intravenous catheterization should only be performed by accredited program trained and educated personnel. Anatomy is one of the core roots of veterinary technology programs which plays vital role in visualization and executing proper vein placement and to proper troubleshoot if problems arise. Years of experience should not be replacement of years of intense schooling by many different perspectives.
