I strongly support rule-making to Limit and Reduce Total Carbon Dioxide Pollution in the Commonwealth by 30% by 2030 from Electric Generating Units. The impacts of climate change are already being felt in this state and we need to undergo energy transition to less carbon-intensive sources immediately. There are excellent legal, economic, and human health and safety reasons to limit carbon from stationary sources as quickly as possible.
