Don't let partisan ideology or single-track business interests prevent you from acting to protect the Virginia environment and legacy by reducing the allowable carbon emissions in Virginia.  From an environmental standpoint, a carbon reduction would serve to limit man's impact.  From an economic standpoint, a carbon reduction would be cheaper in the long run than an unfettered consumption of a limited resource, which could vanish abruptly.  From a Human standpoint, isn't it better to give our future generations more viable options?
