I recommend totally abolishing this nonsense and perfecting what we currently have in place. If you're interested in entering this field do it as we all currently licensed have had to.this isn't a 4yr curve most people can conquer. I go behind some that's been in the industry 10 year's and still struggle comprehending. I don't agree with making the entry requirements easier!! How can the journeyman be held responsible for what I the master and employer am profiting from? He can't!! it still falls on the company holding the contract with the consumer.I recommend removing this potential requirement that's obvious the majority of the commenters here disagree with.
