I oppose the ban because it is a solution to a paranoic problem.  This ban was originally enacted as an emergency action that was not a response to a situation that existed before or had an immediate effect to fix the emergency.  No state agency has had a problem with concealed carry permittees who are know to be the most law-respecting cittizens of the Commonwealth.
