I oppose this reguation and anu other that limiys my rights.  As a lawful premit holder i have been vetted through the system.  This Type of regulation does nothing but limit my lawful person rights.  A crimial or a person that is set on doing harm will do so no matter what. This is just another feel good attempt by people who feel they are priviliaged.
