I oppose this legislation and am embarrassed of my governor. Please read.

I am a (former) proud Virginian. Nearly my entire family is from this area and I was always looking foward to settling down somewhere in Southern Virginia near my family farm. The moment my govenor started enacting executive orders attacking my Second Amendment rights I started looking to move elsewhere. In all of American history, there has not been one instance where strict gun control protected American lives, an excellent example of this would be to google the most violent cities in America, or just to look at any mass shooting in our history. Gun free zones do not stop criminals, only empower them. I have always looked foward to living in my home state, that is until Terry McAuliffe started trying his best to take away hard working Virginians ability to defend themselves and their families.

Yours truly,

James Anderson (future Tenessee resident)
