This regulation serves absolutely no purpose other than to disarm Virginians who collectively represent the most law abiding citizens of the Commonwealth. I have been to DMV twice since the temporary restrictions have been in place and had to leave my firearm locked in my vehicle unattended. Tell the Governor that acting extra constitutionally is against his oath and the law.
