Considering the FACT that there has been ABSOLUTELY NO rash of mass shootings in VA government buildings, and the FACT that CCW holders are MORE LAW-ABIDING than even police officers, this regulation is UNNECESSARY! 

Nearly ALL mass shootings have occured in so-called "gun free zones", proving that this regulation is making these offices MORE DANGEROUS instead of less so.

I STRONGLY urge you to remove this unconstitutional restriction on VA citizens right to defend ourselves!
