This regulation is a bad solution in search of a nonexistant problem.  There have been no issues within state agency buildings and only serves to diminish a citizen's ability to protect and defend himself.  There is no direct authority given to the Governor by the people's representatives within the General Assembly.  This will have a significant affect on my voting next year.
