VOWRA Support

1)Two VOWRA Board members (Mr. Tom Ashton and Mr. K.R "Trapper" Davis) appear to be further disclosing the VDH conflicts and control over this board.  VOWRA lobbying for the VDH has only exposed that DPOR will not resolve complaints against the senior staff who must accept responsibility for all of those "unlicensed" individuals who have no experience.

2)How does the "employer" (VDH) know what task is suitable for ANY unlicensed persons?  Are the soils that predictable Or is it that VDH knows what the OUTCOME will be, regardless of what the soils are on any lot?   Selling outcomes has been driven by the recent culture in VDH.

3)Also, while VDH is participating in the onsite soil evaluation and design business, DPOR should refrain from having "special" meetings with the VDH to discuss market concerns/issues or did the governor make you do it?  VOWRA and the WOOPS board should be ashamed for making special provisions for VDH (sounds like a quid pro quo).  have governor Mcawful investigate this (hopefully better than the ABC scandal) immediately
