I have noticed over the years attending conferences and training needed to keep my 3 DPOR licenses up to date, a distinct lack of attendence of VDH rank and file employees. Perhaps VDH could take the time (and be provided the money) to continue to train and educate their employees (outside of VDH's in-house training). The time and money many of us have spent over the years to be more proficient in our profession continues to be undermined.
