18VAC160-40-480. Conflicts of interest.

The licensee shall:

1. Promptly and fully inform an employer or client of any business association, interest, or circumstance that may influence the licensee's judgment of the quality of service.

Propose:    add comma after "business"....strike "of" after judgement then insert "or"

This will allow the public to understand that  certain designers are under contractual obiligations with more than one party on the same job.  The "business" intersts of those parties are rarely identical.

Additionally, the quality of service is subjective compared to what is being offered by the licensee.

Why and WHO did DPOR insist upon this change from the prior text?
