As a pediatric dentist Dr. Garofalis sees kids from 0-18 and he does not employ a hygienist. 

How many teenagers walk through your doors with a ton of calc and palque and soda stains?  Can your assistants polish that off, Doc? Or do you have time to scale every kid and still do restorative work?  Shame on you for providing substandard care!
