And now, let's look at the data, and think: do we have time and/or desire to train DA's to do RDH's job?   Most of my collegues recieve on the average 5-6 resumes for RDH position weekly!  There is no shortage of hygienists, there is only GREED that some of us have and unwillingness to pay for the right person to do the right thing!
