Making an extra buck now will cost us in the future! As proffesionals we worry about malpratice issues. Putting a less experienced person in a position to take on the responsibilty of a trained hygienist may cut costs for the first year or so but will also raise the malpractice suits which cost a lot more money and lose patients in the long run!!!!
