I see nothing wrong with letting da2's scale above the gumline. We are not pushing for da1's to scale, the only ones who are mad are hygienist because they're the ones who will be making 5-10$ less per hour. DA2 aren't even asking for more $ per hour.

Benefits:

1. more patients being seen

2.avdancement for da2 who can't go to hygiene school

3.save energy and time

Cons:

dental hygienist will lose a few dollars, (they're overpaid anyways).

PLEASE consider approving this for DA2 to scale SUPRA!
