.Each and every patient should be treated by the hands of professionals...so sorry that the DOC's are willing to let their patients be treated by second -hand care...DA's doing the work of Hygienists...ABSURD! Please do not allow patients to forgo the extended training of Hygienists  Assistants are great for the docs, but they CANNOT provide Head/Neck/Oral cancer screenings..soft and hard tissue exams and a full mouth periodontal evaluation.

Quality of care would surely be diminshed if you were to allow this ABSURD ammendment to be allowed!
