The public should be protected by having qualified individuals provide care. The literature is pregnant with the realtionship between oral health and system health. Compromising the public's health by lowering educational standard is risky and devalue the dental health in the eyes of the scientific community. Therefore, I object to the language of "scaling"  assistant.
