As a practicing Hygienist of 36 years,I have seen patients in certain situations that were "scaled" by so called dental technicians. I do not agree with this,I feel so frustrated that the dentist of this country,look upon us as their personal CASH COWS,

If hygienist were self regulating,an improvement could be made.

I too have seen hygienist from all over the country on the run looking for employment,the more experience you get,the less jobs seem to be avaliable to you.

Please have more respect for the jobs we do for the health of our patients,who are the patients of record in your dental offices.
