IT's a sham that we are lowering the standard care for the State of Virginia and its residents. I know several newly graduated hygienists who are licensed to practice but there are NO JOBS!!  OR we have dental offices who only want a part time hygienist  to avoid paying benifets and a decent salary.

Our state schools are producing more highly qualified dental hygienists for all types of dental practices. All hygienists want to be part of a wonderful dental team. All top practices have a Front Staff, Doctor, Hygienist, and Dental Assisteant. and Lab Assistant.
