A voter's failure to include a street identifier or a generational suffix on his absentee ballot is not a sufficient reason to deny his vote. These proposals certainly seem to be a thinly veiled attempt to throw out otherwise valid ballots. A voter should not be disenfranchised because of such a minor oversight. These proposed regulations are too restrictive and very unnecessary!
