NO to Dental Assistant Scaling!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I strongly OPPOSE and say NO to any and all scaling duties for Dental Assistants II (DAII). It takes years of training and experience to be proficient in scaling. Minimal training would only lower the standard of dental care in Virginia for our patients.
