As a certified residential real estate appraiser I fully support the regulation of all AMC's in Virginia and furthermore nationally. An appraisers should be compensated fairly for the qualityo of their work. Assignments are being awarded for who is willing to accept the assignment for the lowest cost instead of the quality of work an individaul appraiser provides.
