Address any issued with the 4th year program.  It is 100% deceitful to not inform patients of who is caring for their pets.

There is more than 18,000 signatures on change.org in opposition to letting Vet students practice without supervision and somehow Viginia Tech does not feel any obligation for the concerns of pet owenrs or the taxpayers of the Commonwealth.
