I have just been alerted to this proposed change and want to say that I think it borders on criminal.  I live less than one hour from VaTech and have ceased taking my dogs there for treatment.  Why would I put them in harms way by allowing them to be treated by students when they are at their most vounerable?  I will, and have,  traveled to NC instead where I can get excellent treatment for seriously ill beloved pets.
