Proposed Change re: Board of Veterinary Medicine Regulations

I oppose letting vet students who have completed less than 3 years of veterinary training work on animals.  The current regulations should stay in force, whereby students have to have reached their fourth (4th) year of study before being allowed to treat animals.

I wouldn't allow a 2nd or 3rd year medical student to treat my human family members, and  certainly wouldn't want a similarly (un)qualified student to treat my animal family members.
