I completely agree with the proposed policy regarding ineligible immigrant income. If someone is a contributing member to a household, no matter their status, it doesn't make (common) sense to count them as half of a person (concerning income). Also, this current policy creates a backlash in the community and promotes clients' (allbeit, incorrect and inane) ideas and thoughts of injustice when it comes to minorities - which, in turn, leads to higher call volumes and compaints within local agencies when we are already strapped on time as it is.
