I OBJECT TO THIS PROPOSAL

I object to the proposal in that it suggests that we, as a whole, intend to revert to subjecting businesses to laws that would affect businesses adversely.  Do we now police ourselves to the point that we may cause a business to be fined or closed because we were looking for a wallet in a back pocket and an ABC agent thought it to be a sexual act?  I would think not but this is just what we are proposing here.  We now allow people to travel and frequent businesses with trousers below the hips, and at times be subjected to viewing someones privates or pubic hair and nothing can be done about it.  However, here we are actually talking about dancers in gentlemens clubs where whatever the dress is contained to the business itself.  I say what we're proposing is rediculous.  No matter where you travel there are gentlemens clubs and whatever the attire; it's contained.  Lets not revert to times gone by, but rather move ahead.  The present laws on the books have worked for the better without flagrant disregard.  Let us leave things as they are and get a better view as the laws stand now.  Businesses are not being hurt.  I say let ABC agents get some formal training in what is actually a lewd act in a business so that we have real facts on hand before we do something that is bad for businesses and cause patrons to travel elsewhere and cause more harm than good.  Thank you.
