Only (1) of 150 comments was FOR these ABC regulations. Yes, that's 99.993% Opposed.

I wish to summarize the many excellent and well-written opposing comments:

* It is not in the Mission statement for the VaABC to regulate clothing/conduct.  "Alcohol Beverage Control"

* The Va State Legislature has the responsibility to write laws.  The ABC is the enforcement element.

* Venture to surrounding states and see totally nude dancers making full contact.  Fantastic!

* A serviceman can die in Iraq but cannot see a beautiful nude woman in a controlled environment.

* The First Amendment protects "expression" in visual forms.

* Dancers are actually "visual stimulation artists" and "theatrical performers that express matters of serious literary, artistic, scientific or political value" (Paragraph 4C).

* The State Flag of Virginia has a woman with her left breast exposed...According to Wikipedia and Netstate.com: "Roman mythology defines the unique Great Seal of Virginia. The obverse of the seal features the Roman goddess Virtus standing over a defeated opponent. Virtus is dressed in Amazonian garb, and holds a spear and a sheathed sword. She represents the virtues of heroism, righteousness, freedom, and valor. She stands in a classical victor's pose over a fallen tyrannical foe, whose crown lies on the ground. The state's motto "Sic Semper Tyrannis" ("Thus Always to Tyrants") appears at the lower edge.".  Virtus represents all dancers.  The tyrannical foe is the ABC Board.

* May logic and common sense prevail.
