passing this regulation would be like bringing back the Blue Law from th 70s. this regulation needs a lot of work to be fair to restaurants ,night clubs ,gentlemans clubs ,bars ,convienience stores ,oceanfront businesses . why doesent the ABC sit down with a pannel of owners or association leaders from those businesses and come up with a regulation thats fair & works for everybody . or would that be too fair & easy
