I vacation in V A beach and although I only visit the topless bars 4 or 5 times a year, I do not want to see these beautiful women covered up!  Each time I return to VA beach, there seems to be yet another silly law being passed. Topless dancing is harmless! Why bother making laws to prevent something that hurts noone?!?  Maybe more effort should be put into preventing young vactioning out of town teens (like mine) from being offered drugs while waking down the boardwalk!
