I strongly object to this measure as an unconstitutional attempt at regulation. The Virginia State Legislature has already pulled this measure as being overly vague and overly broad - the ABC board should do the same thing. It is not ABCs job to monitor the arts and entertainment ; it is ABCs job to regulate the distribution and sale of liquor and spirits. I strongly suggest that the ABC should focus on this and not on attempting to  to unconstitutionally disrupt the right of clubowners and entertainers to perform for the paying public.
