I object

These new (actually old) regulations that are being presented are a mockery of cencus. Shouldn't it be up the ADULTS to choose what THEY feel is appropriate. As far as I know, most clubs are 18 and over, with most Gentlemen's Clubs being 21 and over. Doesn't that mean that anyone in a bar is an ADULT and cable of making a choice, by law, of what they themselves deem acceptable? There are already laws on the books that each city has decided are "Acceptable" within their borders. The ABC should have nothing to do with the garments that are or are not worn by cutomers, staff, or patrons of an establishment and when, where, or how someone is touched. If I give my girlfriend a kiss or a pat on the butt in a club/restaurant, did I just become a criminal? Am I now considered a "Sexual Offender"?

Why is our government trying to get rid of Gentlemen's Clubs, all of the clubs at the beach (where durring the summer most of the population is wearing bikinis), amature dance contests, and wet-t shirt contests? All of these things are done by and for people who are of the age of concention.

Next, what is the difference in nudity on the stage in a theater and nudity on a stage in a nightclub. Personally, I myself do not like or attend bars where there are nude dancers. Instead of trying to start contraversy, I just don't go to those type of bars. It should be their right to display whatever they want in accordance with the law. It is my right not to go there. If you don't like someplace, don't go there, but don't take away their right to be there!

Censorships only shows that the government doesn't think that the masses can make ther own decisions.

Thank you,
