The STATE and LOCALITIES already have strict Nudity LAWS.  The "ADULT" permitted establishments already have very strict (more so than our adjacent sister states) and now an AGENCY wants to further impose. 

  The effect of the agency acts is to covertly reinstate prohibition.  In today's society, there is no room for this level of freedom violations.  not only should we dismiss this but we should seriously review who is on this board making these incredibly irresponsible and outdated restrictions.  Please let us keep VA a friendly, mature, and free from overbearing social restrictions state.  I would like to offer my services to the VA board if it would help stop this negative slide.
