At what point in time did it become the responsibilty of the Virginia ABC board to also become the moraliaty police. The regulation that is being proposed is stepping way out of bounds from what the original purpose of the ABC board was supposed to be. The licensing and selling of alcoholic beverages.  As a taxpaying citizen of the state of Virginia I strongly urge the board NOT to pass the proposed regulation. Stay out of the business of trying to tell the public what to do and stick to the intended purpose of the ABC.
