This is just nonsence.  I can't understand what the big deal is.  We are all adults and as adults we should have the oppourtunity to decide for ourselves what is appropriate.  If these young women choose to dance topless (and make good money doing it)...what is the big deal?  It's not like you can even touch them.  They are on a runway and I have never even been as close as a foot away from anyone of these girls.  It's just harmless entertainment.  If you don't want to see it, don't go into those types of establishments.  There are so many more important things the government should be worried about regulating.
