I concur with Michelle Lambert. Once this power is granted to the ABC board, the result would be the long-armed tyranny of the ABC, under which all licensees would be forced to live.  Again, I strongly object and ask that you please not pass any regulation that allows for enforcement beyond our laws, as passed by our elected officials.

Where would the ABC's reign cease?  What other rights will they take away from WE THE PEOPLE if this is passed?
