There is no question that this proposed regulation does not fit the the lifestyle of todays people . it is verry impracticle and impossible to think you could enforce it . to say you cant show any portion of the buttocks . or any portion of the breast below the top of the areola well thats dillusional . why is the ABC involved in this anyway ,each township & city have their own nudity laws & standards that they already enforce.whats acceptable in Blacksburg may not be the same as whats acceptable in VA Beach .the citys have been doing a fine job of enforceing their own laws in respect to this issue . why not let them do thier jobs .
