Objection to new ABC regulations

Sirs,

I don't freqent any topless bars, probably because there aren't any near me, but sure like the idea of them being there if I'd like to go. The new regulations you want to impose on bars that have this style entertainment are obviously constructed by the moral majority to get rid of all adult entertainment in Virginia period. These bars have a strict age code and most people understand what they are going to see when they go into them. This is 2008 and not 1808. If the religious right had there way all women would dress like the mormans in texas.  I really think religion plays too much of a roll in politics that govern our lives. If they don't want to see nudity, don't go where it is, plain and simple.  Not to mention the bikini part of the regulations, thats a double standard, it's alright to go to the beach and see the general public in a swim suit, but not in a bar? Come on, thats ludicris.  I sincerely hope you guys will reject these regulations, and stop trying to control what the general puplic has the right to view.  It's an insult to us as citizens, to be treated like children and being told what or what we can't  enjoy. If anything you should relax the regulations to allow full nudity, what harm does it do if it's in a controled area. I do believe that all bars of this sort should have a sign that say's "If you are offended by nudity, please do not enter!" posted at the door. This way no one makes a mistake and can stay away if they desire. Only fair!         Thanks, Bonedaddy
