Topless  dancing and servers in bikinis are no threat to the morals of Virginians. They are entertainment for adults, no children are allowed into these establisment.

If people don't want to see this kind of entertainment, there are plenty of other places for them to gather and drink and socialize. Please don't legislate morality on adults who have a right to choose what they see and where they go.
