I think the proposed new ABC legislation which is aimed mostly at Gentleman's Clubs and Topless Dancing establishments is not necessary.  The regulations go over and above the current law and are not needed.  If anything I have always thought that the current regulations are too strict and need to be relaxed.  Please do not let these new ABC laws pass, they are ridiculous and uncalled for.
