This is the same old outdated regulation that was found to be vague & overbroad by the 4th circuit court, creating an injunction against enforcing the regulation . it was just taken off the books by the VA legistlature last year  & a new version created .how does the abc board think they can put this outdated regulation back on the books. our delegates & senators worked hard last year to imrove the language & pass a new bill . thats why we have a legistlative process .does the abc board  think they know better than our delegates & senators  .is the ABC board trying to create thier own legistlation .what is this board thinking  . are they that stuck in the 50s that they would try to do an end arround on the new bill that passed . is bringing back this old regulation even legal .sounds like we have problems in richmond 

maybe we need a new ABC board that  will get with the times .
