I am the Director of a substance abuse treatment program that utilizes Oxford Houses for people completing our program. 

Oxford Houses have proven their model works.   If the new DBHDS regulations regarding Recovery Home are implemented as written, Oxford House will have to close 186 houses.

Oxford Houses DO NOT have paid staff!   Self-governing houses need to be able to follow the new DBHDS guidelines.

Are Oxford House members going to be considering "the operator" in the new language/rules?   Who would in a self-run facility.

Oxford Houses are not a commercially ran business with business insurance or SCC registration.

Please do not cripple Oxford House with these guidelines.
