I am ans Aunt to a house member of one of Oxford House.  Mandatory staff os hard to keep which is extremely hard to staff..... Oxford House saved .t nieces life if it wasn't for them she wouldn't be here today. Why try and fix something that clearly isn't broke .. those ladies have changed their life's around and making it happen without staff. They need normal routines and stable lives. Please consider what you are doing before you you go shaking recovering folks lives.
