To All This May Concern,

I am an Addict. In May of 2026 I had a Bad overdose and Nearly Passed away due to a Heart Attack. After all my Treatment and Rehabilitation, I didn’t have anywhere Safe to go. Since coming to Fellowship Oxford House, I have Gotten a Job, Confidence in making The Right Decisions, and Living with Other Adults. 

Before Oxford House, I’ve never Lived with anyone other than My Family or Girlfriend. Oxford House is Ran by the Residents under a Democratic Ruling. We have Officer Positions and have a Weekly Meeting. In the Weekly Meeting everyone has a Voice. Concerns are Brought up where they are Put to a Vote. Without Oxford House a lot of People will not gain Life Skills they Need to have a Chance at Living. I’m very Grateful for Oxford House. Here I have a Chance to Rebuild my Life.

If Oxford House has to Hire Outsiders We Lose Our Independence. Things get Corrupted and we will lose Oxford House. The Oxford House will become no Different than a Shelter. That can’t Happened. Thank You for Reading.
