I am very concerned about the proposal to get rid of Services Facilitators and replace them with Support Brokers.

Services Facilitators are very important to families who are already dealing with a lot. They help families understand the waiver, make sure services are set up correctly, help with the Plan of Care, and answer questions when families don't know where to turn.

I worry that replacing Services Facilitators will make things more confusing and difficult for families, especially for people who already depend on their Services Facilitator for help navigating the system.

Please reconsider getting rid of Services Facilitation. If changes are needed, please find a way to keep the support that families are already receiving and make sure there is no disruption in services.

Families need people who understand the system and can help them. Please don't take that support away.
