This new guidance from DMAS for the FQHC Change in Scope Process has been championed by all of us who work with a population that simply deserves more access to services. This new guidance is the by-product of this work and is welcomed at a time that is perhaps most challenging for all who try to ensure health equity for "all" patients. We are excited that DMAS has recognized the hard work and recognized that FQHCs continue to expand services for our most vulnerable populations served through Medicaid.  We at Capital Area Health Network fully support this new guidance and look forward to working with DMAS upon its implementation.
